The insurance companies are in the business of making money. They pay you less, they make more money. Unless your case is well investigated, well-documented and well-negotiated, you won’t be fairly compensated.
Like all personal injury lawyers, I only get paid if I win. What makes me different is I charge less. Most larger firms take 33-cents of every dollar paid by the the insurance company in a settlement. Some even take 40 cents. I take only 25 cents for every dollar, leaving more money in your pocket, where it belongs.
